This notification is to inform you that the recent unplanned network issue impacting service on the XYZ Telecom network has now been resolved as per below:

Outage Duration: 19 Hours

Resolution Update: One of the circuit breaker on switch board in the site was tripped. Technician reset the switchboard and all devices are up now.
