This notification is to inform you that the recent unplanned network issue impacting service on the XYZ Telecom network has now been resolved as per below:

Current Status: Service Restoration

Date & Time Resolved: August 22, 2025 1:00AM AEST
Outage Duration: 5 Hours

Resolution Update: The issue has been resolved. The root cause was traced to a hardware failure on our core device. Services are now operating normally, and we will maintain ongoing monitoring to ensure stability.
