This notification is to inform you that the recent unplanned network issue impacting service on the XYZ Telecom network has now been resolved as per below:

Outage Duration: 15 hours and 41 minutes

Resolution Update:

Field engineers attended 475 Blackburn Road Mount Waverley VIC 3149 to begin assessment of the unplanned outage event 8:30 AM.
Field engineers experienced a delay in achieving access to the site equipment.
In coordinating with facility management & respective tenants, site access was achieved at 10:15 AM.
Field engineers isolated the fault to the primary distribution switch on site which required a rebuild.
Affected services began coming back online from 10:39 AM
