Resolution Update:
XYZ Telecom field engineers have successfully deployed a generator to energise equipment at the transmission site and the affected services have since restored.
This is an interim measure whilst the energy providers investigate and attempt to restore electricity supply in the locale

Latest Update Information:
We’ve established the local energy provider is currently experiencing an unplanned outage and is the cause of the network event. Our engineers will be attending site within the next 90 minutes (approx) with a generator to re-energise the onsite equipment which should restore affected services.
