Resolution Update:
Our field engineers from XYZ Telecom attended the site and successfully restored power to the affected network devices. Upon investigation, it was determined that the outage was likely caused by roof workers inadvertently switching off the circuit breaker.
We are pleased to confirm that all services have now been restored and are functioning normally.
Once again, the XYZ Telecom support team thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
