Date & Time Resolved: March 10,2026 07:45AM AEDT
Resolution Update:
Downtime experience was due to a UPS issue in one of our pop sites. A technician went onsite to reinstate the UPS and the issue was resolved.
Once again, the XYZ Telecom support team thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Should your customers still be experiencing any issues please raise a support request as per the normal fault reporting process.

Latest Update Information: We’ve engaged our Infrastructure Team to continue the investigation, and they are actively looking into the issue. Initial checks on the affected site are currently in progress to determine the cause of the outage.
The XYZ Telecom support team are currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible, we will provide further updates as information becomes available.
