Outage Duration: 18 hours and 11 mins

Resolution Update: The Infrastructure team has completed the site visit and investigation. After the power outage on site, the UPS did not function properly, which prevented the device from powering back on automatically. The infrastructure team performed the necessary checks and restored the device. The connection has been successfully restored and is operating within normal parameters.

Once again, the XYZ Telecom support team thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Should your customers still be experiencing any issues please raise a support request as per the normal fault reporting process.
