Outage Duration: 19hrs and 58 mins
Resolution Update:
The carrier’s infrastructure team attended the site and completed troubleshooting activities on the affected service. During the investigation, the Network Termination Unit (NTU) was identified as faulty and has been replaced.
Following the replacement, service connectivity was successfully restored. Initial checks and monitoring confirm that the service is now up and operating normally.
Once again, the XYZ Telecom support team thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
